Another Sonic Pic-Bears on Ice

While working on main idea and details we read Bears on Ice during our guided reading groups.  We learned some details about polar bears and wanted to share.

Sonic Pic app

Sonic pic is a great app for students to create a slideshow or podcast.  It is so easy and fun to do.  This week we learned about the short i pattern for phonics and our vocabulary words were run, ride, and be.  One reading group was used to write a sentence, illustrate, and then create a group Sonic Pic.  I think they did an exceptional job!  Make sure to listen and read along with my fabulous firsties!
